Sony Xperia XZ2 is the new Smartphone Sony showed of this year at Mobile World Congress.
The XZ2 features a large and sharp 5.7-inch, 2,160 x 1,080 display with an aspect ratio of 18:9 and a pixel density of 424 pixels per inch.
A Snapdragon 845 SoC Qualcomm Chip is powering the XZ2 which is paired with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of UFS storage, this can be expanded by using its Micro SD card slot. Google’s Android O is the System that comes straight out of the box.
The front facing camera is 5MP & is also enabled to make it even easier to create 3D selfies. Sony have increased the quality of the 3D Imaging models, giving more detail to the objects you create with the camera. Even the front-facing camera produces much cleaner 3D models.
Sony has packed a 19MP Motion Eye Camera with f/2.0 aperture into this beast. The camera has super slow motion 960 fps mode in 1080p, however the recordings capped out at 720p resolution.
Sony has also redesigned their vibration motors to be much more accurate, and even wrote software to make them work with any video, game, or music file.
This is a Dual-SIM/SD card slot as well, so you could always throw another SIM card in there instead, also surround sound speakers, high end audio, wireless charging, and IP65/68 water and dust resistance. You will not find a headphone jack on this device however it does come with aUSB Type-C port.
