New Images of the alleged IPhone X Plus emerge online. The images show a phone with a 6.5-inch display.
The body of the phone is set to be similar in size to the iPhone 8 Plus, with the screen coming in at around an inch larger than on that model. This means that the phone will follow the edge-to-edge screen design used for the iPhone X.
The first photo shows a digitizer in a person’s hand and the overall size, which is larger than the iPhone X. The second photo shows a tray containing a set of four assembled display/digitizer components.
The digitizer includes a flex cable at the bottom of the part for connecting to the iPhone’s logic board, and the part number printed on the cable is similar to the format typically used by Apple
What do you guys think? Will we see a larger iPhone X in 2018? Apple is rumoured to be launching three new iPhones this September: a second-generation iPhone X with the same 5.8-inch OLED display size, a larger “iPhone X Plus” with a 6.5-inch OLED display, and a new LCD-based model.
